Chapter 27

Staying In York

I didn't even make it to The Cabin this week; just too many things to do around the Garden Center & Nursery Complex, and my Condo, in East York. I'll be going up next Saturday after work, to spend the night relaxing and stay all day Sunday, but for now, it's not in the cards.

I've got a long list of "chores" to do up there, not least among them is the felling of 20-30 diseased/ dying large trees, and the planting of 25-30 "Princeton" American Elms, this Fall. I have a local sawmill lined-up to do the felling work, in trade for half of the useable lumber, for their sale, and bark, to make mulch for the local garden center.
